Rock & Roll Boot Camp
A fast paced work out that keeps the heart pumping and you sweating while listening to rock n roll, hip hop and pop! There is an emphasis on Pilates based exercises, but kicked up a notch while using balls, weights, thera-bands and magic circles! Booty Ballet Barre
A new twist on an old favorite, BBBarre incorporates the strength, flexibility and results of a ballet barre workout following the cornerstone cardio dance frenzy of YBB. 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes at the barre and 10 minutes of floor barre plus deep stretching. Set an intention to begin then seal the class seated on the floor.
Hot Latin Jamm
Get sweaty, get fit, get ready for the salsa clubs. ! Hot Latin Jamm is a cardio-dance workout using the rhythms and vocabulary of latin dance, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Reggaeton...the class includes exercises for strength, flexibility, and body awareness, and builds to a simple sequence or "combination."
