We use Caffe Luxxe's house blend Testa Rossa espresso beans. They are then handcracked and infused into the milk and cream before straining and pasteurizing the base to create a smooth texture.

Who doesn't love cookies & cream?! We take our sweet cream ice cream and hand mix in dark chocolate cookie wafers for some added crunch. Yum.
