Our restaurant is a Japanese restaurant with the concept of spreading the joy of enticing the fine Japanese cuisine in the sleek and contemporary atmosphere into Columbus. Our restaurant features a full sushi bar with chefs creating beautifully prepared seafood delicacies, in front of the customers, which is California-inspired fusion as well as traditional Japanese cuisine, such as teriyaki or tempura. We serve daily specials using fresh ingredients of the season on top of the regular menu. For example, the shrimp stuffed avocado has been a very popular dish. Various kinds of California inspired Japanese dishes are offered in our restaurant, such as, the calamari salad with soy and cilantro dressing, Japanese style seasoned crab cake, the fresh thin sliced fish Carpaccio with balsamic vinaigrette, sauteed large shrimp with Thai style sweet chili sauce with Belgium endive garnished, and more.
