Group Stand Up Paddle Lesson
Duration: 90 min; $55; SUP? No, we're not asking what's up (although believe us, we care). Get off your couch and go on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) journey -- now THAT'S what's SUP! With Surfari Surf School, you'll receive an introduction to stand-up paddleboarding in beautiful San Diego. Enjoy the lovely surroundings while going over a quick safety briefing -- then you'll have an on-land session that will teach you techniques for paddling, positioning, standing, falling, ocean awareness, getting through waves, wave timing, and judgment skills. Finally it'll be time to hit the water and put it all to use! Your guide will be more than happy to answer any questions you have. After all, few things are more Californian than ocean sports, so this is the perfect opportunity to get in touch with the culture and become one with the waves!
