Run Super is our unique running program offered at Super Studios 253. Run Super is an injury prevention based program with focus on form and strength. The coaches are USATF Certified with years of experience.Run Super is a positive and welcoming group that has been tearing it up in Tacoma for years. Whether you are looking to start, re-vamp or specifically train for a distance event, we can support you. We meet Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am, including strength or yoga pertinent to the current training. Join us and not only reach, but surpass your goals. Feel free to reach out specifically to Sabrina for more information. The program is offered in 5 month blocks from Jan-May (off in June) and July-Nov (off in Dec). Rest is important, so we have built in the re-set months.
