Edamame Pesto Chicken Quinoa Salad
Organic edamame and fresh basil leaves are used to make our pesto, then it's blended with the cubed skinless chicken breast, quinoa and a little balsamic vinegar.

House made pesto with skinless chicken breast with hint of wasabi and ginger, shredded carrots and sweet chili sauce.

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
Strips of skinless chicken breast cooked over some extra virgin olive oil with parmesan cheese, added bell peppers and red onions. Finally the well cooked mix is stuffed in hollowed ciabatta roll.
Chicken Tikka Sandwich
Thigh chicken cooked with Slow G's Spices, Red, green bell pepper and onion over extra virgin olive oil and a touch of Parmesan Cheese, served in hollow Ciabatta Roll.
Apple Butter Pork Sandwich
Lean sliced pork, romaine lettuce and thinly sliced red onions, house prepared apple butter sauce. Served warm.
House made apple butter, sliced pork with some beets, carrots, red onions, spring mix and cream cheese on a toasted wheat roll. Served warm.

Marinated salmon overnight and cooked in ginger and garlic and then grilled and served on a toasted ciabatta roll with pesto aioli, red onions, red pepper and lettuce.
Tuna Quinoa Salad Sandwich
White albacore tuna mixed with organic quinoa, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cranberries, pepper, and celery. Served on toasted rosemary focaccia bread with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, red onion, and romaine lettuce. Dairy free! So much lean protein!
