Level: Intermediate "Vinyasa" means to unite breathe and movement.Vinyasa flow is a dynamic practice designed to create heat in the body and increase stamina, appropriate for continuing students. Poses are presented in a flowing sequence, through which all movements are motivated by breath. Students will learn about asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and philosophy. You are guaranteed a fun and creative workout, as well as a detoxifying mind-body experience. You will finish with time for a rejuvenating relaxation and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
