New Belgium Fat tire Amber Ale - Beach Ready Can
Fat Tire's unique flavor profile originates from the late 1930s, when local Belgian breweries aimed to satisfy the tastes of visiting British soldiers. English floral hops, subtle malt sweetness and spicy, fruity notes from Belgian yeast made for a balanced yet magical combination. These same characteristics are at the heart of Fat Tire ABV 5.2 IBU 22
Cigar City FL Cracker Belgian White - Beach ready can
The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these "cow hunters" used to herd cattle in Florida's Palmetto Prairies. Called Quaqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation's oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White Ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a Belgian yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie. ABV- 5.5 IBU - 18
Cigar City Maduro Brown Ale - Beach ready Can
Maduro is a Northern English-style Brown Ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English Brown Ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro's complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable Brown Ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars ABV 5.5 IBU 25
Cigar City Jai Alai - Beach Ready Cans
Jai Alai, a game native to the Basque region of Spain, is played on a court called a fronton. Jai Alai players attempt to catch a ball using a curved mitt whilst the ball travels at speeds up to 188mph! Proving they have a sense of humor the Spanish dubbed this game, with its ball traveling at racecar speeds, "the merry game." Tampa was once home to a bustling Jai Alai fronton but sadly all that remains of Jai Alai in the Tampa Bay area is this India Pale Ale that we brew in tribute to the merry game. The India Pale Ale style of beer has its roots in the ales sent from England to thirsty British troops in India during the 18th century. Pair Jai Alai India Pale Ale with beef empanadas, deviled crabs and other spicy dishes. ABV 7.5 IBU 70

Established in 1999, the Summer Kitchen was the first restaurant and commercial business in Rosemary Beach. Our humble beginnings took place in the little red shack - just a walk up window serving the initial few people working, living and building at Rosemary Beach.
As has been the case for over eleven years now neighbors meet neighbors as they walk in the door, sometimes on purpose and sometimes by chance. There is a sense of comfort and community reminiscent of neighborhoods long since gone - but being revived in traditional neighborhood developments like Rosemary Beach.
Moved locations after closing Summer Kitchen in North Barrett Sq Sept-2015 - Renamed SK2 to Summer Kitchen now located in the Pension Building across from the western green and the Pearl hotel.
