Hot Stretch Express
Getting movement in the mornings is one of the best things we can do for our bodies. This class, as opposed to a restorative or flow class, will keep focus on postures that stretch and lengthen muscles that become tight and compressed from many of our other activities and exercise programs. Prep for your walk, run, ride or activities with us in this mindful morning stretch class, bringing extra attention to hips, lower back, chest and shoulders. Sumits Ambient (60 Min)
We recommend this class to Sumiteers that have attended at least 3 or more Sumit Hot Yoga classes, as this class is led with very limited posture cues. The music is instrumental only. Sumits Ambient provides the attendee a more self-focused practice allowing practitioners to target consciousness on breath and postures.

Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates is a powerful new 55-minute workout combining low/no impact moves with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Performed in a 95 degree room with 40 percent humidity, the practice builds a stronger core--speeding metabolism for weight loss while developing long, lean muscle mass. 45 Min Express Hot Yoga
This class is an abridged version of the Sumits 60min class, moving with a steady pace of consciousness coupling of breath and movement. It follows the Sumits series - with some condensing - and Sumit's primary objective when creating the series of helping to realize the powerful wellness benefits of yoga including a stronger, toned and more flexible body and an improved state of mind encouraging relaxation, self-acceptance and awareness.
Sumits Series Foundations and Flow
Conducted in a slightly-less heated room than the Sumits Hot Series, this class moves at a moderate pace to help build strength, flexibility and alignment awareness. Detailed instruction are given to help you build your foundation promoting more stability. Modifications will be introduced and encouraged. This class is for anyone interested in building a firm foundation from which to grow their practice.
Breathwork Clinic
Stress Relief Breathwork Clinic w/ Juliana E $35. Why BreathWork? Breathwork is a dynamic body-mind practice using conscious connected breathing for inner peace, enhanced health, wellbeing and personal transformation. Conscious Breathwork provides a doorway to exploration of high levels of consciousness in a safe atmosphere. These group Breathwork sessions will be led by 23-year Breathwork coach, Juliana E. Yin Yoga
Join us for this slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time in a warm room—hold times may range from 45 seconds to 4 minutes; advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. The practice starts with mindful meditation. Props can used to support the body as postures are held for an extended time allowing for deep stretches that are soft, rather than muscle driven. In this class you will work the connective tissues of your ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks while focusing on deep stretching, breathing and relaxation. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a regular practice of active asana.

Teacher Training
If you're reading this, chances are you're ready to take your yoga practice further. Completing teacher training isn't only about sharing your passion with others in the studio, but also about finding the meaning behind your love of yoga and going further into your personal practice. Our program is designed and devoted to intensive practice and analysis of postures (asanas) and the breathing techniques (pranayama) that link them. The bulk of learning will include technical alignments, adjustments and breathing techniques. Sequencing and posture awareness is studied and teaching tips will be reviewed. An introduction to the history and philosophy of yoga is summarized and will increase your awareness of the internal-self during your personal practice. Curriculum Includes: Principles of Anatomy; Posture Sequencing; Adjustments & Posture Awareness; Yoga History & Philosophy; The Business of Yoga; Advanced Personal Practice. An awesome part about our 200-Hour Teacher Training is that you will be offered a chance to actually teach a real class. We will offer community classes all graduation week to give our recent graduates the experience of teaching. Not only will it allow you to find your voice, pick your music, make hands on adjustments and find comfort in the studio room, but it is amazing to be able to put teaching on your resume right away! Teacher Training is for all skill levels and will increase your personal practice, along with an introduction to the philosophy of the yogic lifestyle.
