The class will allow you to expand your physical abilities, work towards all splits, and go beyond the boundaries you thought you had.Flexibility Training Class is 60-minute session where you will effectively stretch the muscles of your back, arms, and legs.
The class will teach you to move around the pole, hypnotize with those hips, feel the rhythm, and use pole as your number one prop.There are a lot of pole dance performers who know quite a few tricks on the pole but not everyone knows what to do with the pole without doing crazy upside down moves.
