HATHA YOGA: This class focuses on building strength and flexibility and is adapted to all levels of students. Basic as well as advanced poses will be taught to cater for all level of students. Students have time to practice at their own pace whilst being adjusted and supported. YOGA FLOW: A movement intensive practice where practitioners transition smoothly from pose to pose. Great class for students wanting more of a cardio workout, a good sweat and learning about pose transitions. CYCLIC MEDITATION (CM): A simple and effective technique to relieve stress and induce deep sleep and relaxation. It is based on the principle of stimulation and relaxation. This 45 minute practice caters for all level of students.
