Pilates Reformer Class
The Pilates Reformer Class is performed on spring-based resistance equipment. The workouts focus on core strength and stability while creating long, lean, strong muscles. Pilates emphasizes proper breathing and correct body alignment; quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions.

In the level 2 class we will move at a faster pace, do longer rounds, and more complicated phrases. Get ready to sweat! TRX-BOX Combo gives you a fast paced full body workout on the TRX followed by a 30 minute boxing circuit designed to elevate your heart rate as well as push your muscles and mind. This class is designed for those students who have mastered the foundational footwork and are comfortable leading and following thru the basic patterns. In this class you will learn interesting fancy footwork and more intricate patterns that will give you more confidence on the dance floor.
