In this Pilates Mat Class we will be focusing on improving your core strength and stability, strengthening and elongating your back, toning your inner thighs and glutes, as well as improving overall posture and flexibility. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced students ALL welcome! You can use your Studio J and Wright Training Class Punch cards. Mat Class is also included in the Ultimate Athlete Monthly Unlimited Package.
