Group Classes at Studio Endorphilates
Group reformer sessions are a blend of intensive core conditioning, strength training, a balance-coordination series, stretch and flex, and intervals of cardio-aerobic bursts on the cardio-tramp. Class is limited to 5 participants. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class. Scheduling a slot is easy on the Doodle calendar.
