Personal training has become more accessible than fast food chains. Strive Fitness has developed our unique approach to Metabolic Strength Training in a large group personal training atmosphere.
Our Metabolic Group Coaching clients train daily Metabolic Strength and Metabolic Conditioning sessions that rotate throughout the week.
In these training sessions clients work in groups of 8 15, follow a group class
with a certified fitness coach who demonstrates, instructs and motivates you through 60 minutes of high intensity training.
Our STRENGTH or Metabolic Resistance Training sessions
Our STRENGTH or Metabolic Resistance Training sessions are designed in an alternating set or circuit training format using a wide variety of exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, kettlebells, med balls and sandbags.
There's a major reason why our STRENGTH or resistance training sessions should be your first choice. A typical STRENGTH session will burn up to 500 calories in a matter of 30 minutes.
This caloric burn is gives you what we call an AFTER BURN Typically after a metabolic resistance training workout your body will take up to 38 hours to return to a normal state and in the process burns a lot of calories from FAT
Both our STRENGTH and METABOLIC sessions will get your metabolism going.
Strive Semi Private Coaching
Our Semi Private Coaching clients begin with an individual movement assessment to better allow us the ability to individualize their training program based upon their unique needs.
Clients are scored on a scale of 1 21 to allow us to individualize their training program.
Whether you're training for a special day like your wedding or concurring your next mud run each client in our Strive Semi Private Coaching will get their own individualized program to meet and exceed their needs for their own particular goals!
Strive Semi Private Clients then train at the same time as other semi private clients while under the watchful eye of a Fitness Coach while in a small group of 2-6.
Clients in Semi Private will utilize more advanced movements utilizing all the tools we utilize in our Metabolic Group Coaching with the addition of barbells, trap bars, sleds, advanced bodyweight, sandbag and kettlebell exercises
