This is important to know when planning your event, due to the risks associated with serving alcohol. Set up/Tear down fee $100. We only cater at the Stewartville Civic Center. When the beer runs out and we go to cash bar pricing, beer will be $4 per 16oz can. No refunds will be given on beer or liquor pre-purchased. A minimum deposit of $200 is required to secure your date, and the balance is due on delivery
