Our memberships follow the Long-Term Athlete Development model for all ages, youth through adults.
All members have the opportunity to participate in workouts that are safe, fun, progressive, and educational.
STRIDES offers different levels of training for adults 1-on-1, semi-private, and large group.
Youth athletes are able to participate in small group, team, and 1-on-1 training.
We strive to provide our members with coaching, content, and community.
Coaching to assist individuals with their goals
Needs, and wants as it pertains to improved movement performance.
Content to educate in order to provide a better understanding of the programming we deliver.
Community to provide members with a network of individuals to offer assistance, accountability, and comradery.
Adult memberships are based on the goals and interests of the client while using a functional movement philosophy, training movements not muscle.
No matter what type of training program
Our clients are a part of, they will go through a Functional Movement Screening (FMS) which will identify weaknesses and imbalances concerning all joint mobility or stability, flexibility, and core strength. Based on results of the FMS, specific exercises, stretches, core conditioning, and proprioception modalities are integrated with workouts that are in accordance with the client's goals and interests
Rehabilitation exercises are included in all workouts if client presents physical challenges or needs.
Clients will also receive nutrition education, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning programs.
Clients can expect to be challenged through dynamic movements in a moderate to high intensity atmosphere that changes routinely.

Providing a unique approach for the competitive and recreational athlete.
The P.L.A.E program is modeled after the American Development Model (ADM) that is established by USA Hockey.
The focus is on the whole-athlete, safety first, curriculum based approach to teach and show young athletes (6-18+yo) how to perform at their full potential. It helps parents support their children in a positive way to provide a well-structured, safe experience in the world of sport a recreation and provide coaches with the confidence that their athletes are doing all they can to reach there full athletic potential.
Throughout the course of an athletes performance training
Athletes will understand 10 key factors of long-term athletic development such as FUNdamentals, trainability, sport specialization, periodiza.
Strides Human Performance Institute
Enhances and promotes athletic performance and functional movement capabilities through professional, comprehensive, educational training programs for individuals.
Functional and sports related skills involving flexibility, balance, speed, strength, power, and agility are enhanced through workouts that are broken down into the "parts of the whole."
Improvements in functional and sports related skills are made through successful competence of the "parts".
Athletes and participants may perform dynamic and/or explosive movements such as skips, gallops, jumps and hops.
These movements, in combination with the use of agility ladders and hurdles, accompany plyometric exercises, Olympic lift progressions, free-weight and auxiliary weight lifting exercises will allow the athlete or general fitness enthusiast to enhance athletic and functional movement capabilities.
The goal is to provide a unique approach for the competitive and recreational athlete, or the general fitness enthusiast to enhance athletic and functional abilities in a safe and fun atmosphere.
Participating in STRIDES Human Performance Institute will offer an educational experience for any individual interested in improving sports functional movement related skills, preparation for upcoming seasons, and/or effective techniques for reducing the risk of injuries.
Our goal is to help young athletes achieve their health, fitness and performance goals by providing encouragement, education and accountability in a safe and fun atmosphere.
4th Quarter Conditioning Camp
August 14th – 18th; 5:30pm-7:00pm; Athletes entering 9th – 12th grade in Fall. This is the perfect way to be ready for pre-season. These sessions will vamp you to be handle to rigors of two-a-days and more. Quickly get yourself into condition, prevent injuries, and add some strength to immediately be ready to go and contribute the team!

High School Strength and Conditioning SELECT
June 26th – August 25th; Monday – Friday, 11am-12pm; ; Athletes entering 6th – 12th grade in Fall. Start at any time, membership will roll-over. This gives the high school athlete or non-athlete the opportunity to train with direction as it pertains to strength training. Similar to a collegiate strength program, athletes will get a workout based on their sport(s) of participation and individual needs. Participants learn the correct form and technique with all types of lifts in order to increase strength, speed, explosiveness, and remain injury free. Members will receive new and updated content, information and know-how about how to improve their athletic potential. Your strength and conditioning playbook is all in one place. If you are taking the next step and play sports at the collegiate level, this membership is for you!

Sport Performance VARSITY
June 26th – August 25th; Monday – Friday, 11am-12pm; Athletes entering 6th – 12th grade in Fall; Start at any time, membership will roll-over. This class is designed for athletes looking for more speed, quickness, power and agility. Participants will learn exactly how to become more explosive, get a quicker first step AND increase athleticism! No matter what your sport is– the one common denominator is the need for athletes to be faster and quicker than the competition. Basic strength training techniques are also a part of this class. This is a great way to implement athletic training into any sports Athlete Development Model (ADM). Members will receive new and updated content, information and know-how about how to improve their athletic potential. Your strength and conditioning playbook is all in one place. If you are taking the next step to improve athletic potential this membership is for you.

Sport Performance JUNIOR VARSITY
3rd – 5th grade; M and W, 4:45pm – 5:30pm. This program provides young athletes with the foundations of sport movement. Athletes learn the value of training appropriately, how to train, when to train, what to train, how to prevent injury, unlock their potential, and become an all-around athlete. This technique-based, guided discovery class allows athletes to learn the correct form and technique with all different types of movements and lifts in order to increase strength, speed, explosiveness, and remain injury free. This is a great way to implement athletic training into any sports Athlete Development Model (ADM). Members will receive new and updated content, information and know-how about how to improve their athletic potential. Your strength and conditioning playbook is all in one place. If you are taking the next step to improve athletic potential this membership is for you. FOCUS: Body weight exercise, weightlifting, acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction technique.
Return to Play (RTP), All ages
Monday – Friday, Appointment time based on individual schedule. We provide a safe, supervised environment for athletes who need extended rehab assistance to get back in action. Athletes who finish physical therapy find this program as their final sport-performance piece to re-join the team. Workouts include comprehensive movements and performance segments pertaining to deceleration with change of direction and progressive jump training workouts. Appropriate strength training exercises are introduced to aid in the prevention of overuse injuries common in athletes.
Captains Practice (Team Training, All Ages)
Monday – Friday, Appointment time based on individual schedule. This is an opportunity for athletes from the same team, organization/league or private group to improve speed, strength, and conditioning particular to their sport. Using a combined coaching methodology, this class allows athletes to have an opportunity to experience technique drills, agility games, and strength circuits. Performance testing is a part of the program for all groups.
For adults in the pursuit and development of improved strength and movement mechanics to improve overall performance. These sessions include lifting techniques, functional training and prepare participants for applications in everyday sport and recreational activity. This is an amazing opportunity to get strong physically and tough mentally, so why not MOVE, TRAIN, PLAY! Monday – Thursday; 12-1pm. Adults in the pursuit and development of improved strength and movement mechanics and improved overall performance. These sessions include lifting techniques, functional training and prepare participants for applications in everyday sport and recreational activity.

For Each Additional Class
A 30 min or 1 hour training slot reserved for groups of 3-5 athletes. Participants will receive an individualized approach to their program design while also experiencing the camaraderie and enhanced training environment that comes from integrating additional personalities to the training space. 1-on-1 Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training consists of 30 to 60 minute sessions 1-2+ times per week. Sessions take on a functional movement approach allowing the client to progress towards their goals while completing movement specific ranges of motion that simulate everyday activities to sport –specific movements. Theses high energy workouts are for energy system development and allow for the client to increase lean muscle mass through movement specific exercises. Call for pricing and trainer availability.
