About Us
Features Midwest Regional Cuisine using indigenous and cultivated ingredients from the American and Canadian Midwest. The islands chef supports small local family farmers and artisanal producers to source organically grown and sustainably grown local ingredients. An expansive kitchen garden is located east of the Lodge. We offer complete bar service, including an interesting and extensive wine and beer list. The nightly bonfire complete with S’mores rounds out a delicious dining experience.
