Edward Bielaska opened StoneFire Bistro on June 18th of 2007 after working in the restaurant industry for many years. His vision was to create a restaurant with a Northern Italian influence that was comfortable and cozy with rolling curves throughout. The idea for the stonefire pizza oven was derived from when Edward was a younger man in Connecticut and the New York style pizza that he grew up with. “All the Pizza is hand tossed and stone fired just like the New York style pizza I grew up loving” Says Edward
