RJ Rocker Son of a Peach, Fruit
An unfiltered American wheat ale made with real mean peaches. The only thing missing is the fuzz. Savor the anger.
2 Roads Road 2 Ruin, Imperial IPA, 7.2%
A big, hoppy IPA with plenty of bite! Our assertive, hop-centric Double IPA has a lean malt backdrop and is brewed with four American hop varieties Summit, Palisade, Cascade and Magnum. Piney, citrus, floral, not-for-the-timid!
Gulden Draak, 10.5%
Gulden Draak is a high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation. For the secondary fermentation, wine yeast is used. The white bottle, the black banner, the golden dragon and the red letters, constitute a stylish result that has no equal among the many Belgian special beers. Gulden Draak can be drunk as an aperitif or dessert, or whenever you have the time to sit back and relax. But this barley wine is also perfect with and in stews, especially the Ghent variety. It is also a plus in sauces for red meat, such as a bordelaise. It is particularly suited as a dessert beer, especially in combination with dark chocolate.
Anderson Valley Boont Amber Ale, 5.8%
Boont Amber Ale is a medium bodied pale ale with a beatiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt. This very smooth and exceptionally drinkable beer is excellent with steaks, chicken, pasta, and other flavorful meals. As with all of our products, Boont Amber Ale is never sterile filtered nor heat pasteurized, and should be stored in refrigeration. However, to fully enjoy its rich and complex flavor, it should be served between 40° and 45°F
Southampton Double White, 6.8%
A "double strength" version of classic Belgian-style "white" ale. A deceptively light ale spiced with Curacao Orange Peel and coriander seed.
Firestone Walker Pale 31, 4.9%
Firestone Pale Ale offers a rich, crisply hopped character with a medium malt profile. Nuances of toffee and vanilla unfold across a bright, clean texture. Dry hopping establishes an assertive American hop aroma and flavor.
Ithaca Flower Power, 7.5%
Elegantly traditional and rich in its' hop character, this India Pale Ale is thirst-quenching and soul-satisfying. Each sip delivers a bounty of herbal and floral hop character, balanced by the fruity signature of our house yeast.
Captain Lawrence Kolsch, 5.0%
Low in bitterness, but packed full of malty rich flavors, this beer expresses a small amount of the fruitiness you find in most ales, as well as the clean crisp flavors associated with a lager. The aroma is influenced by the small amount of American grown hops we add post fermentation which contribute a touch citrus.
Blue Point Toasted Lager, 5.5%
Copper in color, Blue Point's most popular and unique brew is made from six different malts, including English Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Wheat, and Belgian Caravienna. Toasted Lager's balanced flavor of malt and hops makes for easy drinking and the special lager yeast they use produces an exceptional, long-lasting smooth finish.
Blufeld Reisling, GER, 2011
Riesling Crisp and refreshing, blüfeld has aromas of citrus, peach, and floral notes. It's flinty fresh with a juicy mid-palate, balanced acidity and a sweet, lingering finish. The blue slate adds a delicious minerality to the wine, making it perfect for every day celebrations.
Stellina Pinot Grigio, IT, 2009
This Pinot Grigio begins with the fresh summer fruit of kiwi. It continues with golden apple, peach, and notes of lemon. It is both creamy and smooth on the palate with a crisp clean finish. A perfect match for fish or light red sauces.
The Crusher Chardonnay, 2011
Chardonnay This chardonnay has bright floral notes and aromas of lemongrass, passion fruit and Tahitian vanilla. It's marked by brisk acidity that drives this racy and lean wine. Flavors of juicy pineapple and green apple impress on the palate, rounded out by a light hint of creamy vanilla from its three months of aging on French oak. It's made for drinking now and would complement seafood and richer fare quite well.
Mt. Fishtail Sauvignon Blanc, 2011
Sauvignon Blanc This silvery yellow wine practically invites itself to dinner. Finely honed aromatics show the lovely minerality of this vineyard. Pungent cool climate Sauvignon aromas of passionfruit, elderflower, gooseberry, fresh mint laced with a delicate white flower element lead to a very punchy palate with greengage, passionfruit & lime in a classically edgy style with beautiful line and length.
Chateau Beaulieu, 2012
Bright and clear in the glass. A subtle and expressive nose with hints of strawberry. The palate follows with powerful yet juicy red fruit character.
Cannonball, CA, 2010
Merlot The color is deep garnet with a bright halo of ruby. The aromas reveal slowly and I find layers of cherries, floral, and vanilla-creme with a hint of red spice and walnut. In the mouth, the wine announces itself with an enthusiastic entry of cherry, pomegranate, dark berries, and toasty flavors. The body is full and rich, threaded with fine textured tannins.
Jade Mountain Cabernet, 2011
On the nose, you will find intriguing aromas of violets, chocolate, mocha and red fruits. A wave of ripe fruits such as Marionberries, blueberries and red cherries combine with a hint of leather and vanilla to add complexity. The refined varietal taste, which comes from core flavors of fruit enhanced by oak spice and minerality, is supported by solid tannins and heightened by a lasting finish.
De Bortoli Willowglen, Sparkling
A very refreshing, easy drinking sparkling wine displaying fresh, fruit flavours and a creamy palate with a crisp clean finish. The ideal wine for any occasion.
