embodyment yoga therapy is a gentle yoga therapy based on the principles of svaroopa yoga. the embodyment therapist uses specific points to unravel the tensions in the spine, the core of the body. when you release the tensions in the spine your physical, mental, and emotional well being improves. some people receive embodyments to relax and reduce stress, for others embodyment helps with specific aches and pains, it does all this and more. it will deepen your own yoga practice however you don't have to practice yoga to receive the benefits of embodyment.
