About Us
A modern Italian-American steakhouse with a fresh take on the traditional steakhouse dining experience, combined with a destination-worthy wine and bourbon selection.
The restaurant concept, a collaboration between Lettuce Entertain You Consulting Group and White Lodging Corporation, combines the flavors of a classic Italian kitchen with American steakhouse influences, all set in a modern space that appeals to today’s diner.
Located on Van Buren Street, Stella Van Buren features 45 tables in the restaurant and 50 seats in the bar.
