The Butcher's Block
Rumor has it that the best surgeons in italy had been trained by the butchers of norcia, italy's pork and black truffle capital. These butchers honed their craft using the local wild boar or "cinghiale" and cured every part. For this flavorful patty we grind cured boar sausage and black truffles with fresh pork shoulder.

Harry craddock inventor of the #2, was a united states citizen who left during prohibition and joined the american bar association at the savoy hotel, in london 1920. craddock was one of the most famous cocktail barmen of the 1920s and 1930s. Craddock's "the savoy cocktail book" was published in 1930, and is still in print today.

Adult Root Beer Float
Three olives, root beer vodka, root beer soda and vanilla ice cream originally called the t, c and j this cocktail was created by stecchino bartender james mccuigan along with regulars charles bognor and tom degnan (now also one of our bartenders). We had just added a root beer vodka to the menu and started playing around with it. We ended up with a spiced root beer float that tasted delicious.
