Steampunk's Bakery is the best authentic from scratch bakery to arrive in Tehachapi. Our Baker started a long time ago. As a angel and an oven creating heavenly desserts, pies, cakes, cookies, fruit bars and anything else imaginable, only to find out that she could create divine special desserts. As The years went on she perfected her methods and became known as "Spatula Hands", bumping up production creating novel desserts daily. Fortunately for us, she happens to be related - her children, sister & everybody that's blood-related have their hands in the pie so to speak. Our beloved magical midget prefers not to be named but she can entice you into any sinful dessert imaginable. She creates all types of cakes, cupcakes and a full gamut of deserts.
