1 hr. Our signature barre class formatted to include low-impact toning exercises followed by stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover. You'll begin with a warm up and a sequence of upper-body exercises which will include free weights, planks, and push-ups. Next, you'll move to the barre for your thigh and seat work which will focus on isometric strengthening exercises using your own body weight for resistance. Your core will be engaged the entire class but will be targeted towards the end of the class. You will finish with a cool down and will leave feeling accomplished and refreshed. All levels welcome. Grip socks are mandatory for this class
