The St. Louis Jazz Cafe is the brainchild of Arnold & Aundra Charleston. The Charlestons wanted to bring back the Jazz scene in downtown T. Louus and also wanted to introduce a new twist on popular and familaiar cuisine. They kenw the location, the bill of fare, and the entertainment, all had to reflect and represent the rich st. Louis Jazz tradition. They Brough in tim sims to oversee operations, seasoned food & beverage veteran spencer musselman, and chef emma Cox to deliver the culinary offering, and together they launched the St. Lous Jazz Cafe.
