The Sputnik Cafe began in August of 2001 by Co-Owners David Brown, Maria and Bill Buszinski. We envisioned a space that we would enjoy and drew upon our expiences traveling to influence the cuisine and beverage lists. Drawing upon pacific rim, mexican, and traditional french techniques we have created a menu using the freshest ingredients possible. Our fish is flown in directly from Hawaiia, and we select from the best meat and produce providers around. This allows us to achieve a suprising mix of flavors that don't shy from providing an explosion of flavor.
