Spice Bistro began as dream. The inventor and creator of this concept felt there was a need for a Salt Lake City restaurant that offered this diversity.The concept was how to combine authentic ethnic food with a casual bistro style atmosphere. He wanted to create an environment that you could fill both an appetite for wonderful food, but also a meeting place for friends to catch up over a few spirits and familiar snacks.
