Michael Spampinato’s second restaurant by the same name, Spampinato’s, stems from his heritage and his heart. He was raised in an Italian family where he learned the best recipes from his grandmother, Grandma Spamp. Over his thirty-five year career in the food and beverage industry, he has added to his recipe book and is now bringing all of his best family recipes to your family at Spampinato’s. He does so with the help of his youngest daughter, Marcie. Her passion for great food along with her schooling at Penn State in Hotel Restaurant Management combine to add a young flare to her father’s worldly charm. Together they have created a lunch and a dinner menu that brings Italy to Conshohocken.
