It all started in 1985
With a joint venture in 1985 between my brother-in-law, Jim Hermanson, and me, Ed Inglese, our two families started a 750 square foot Italian pizza and pasta house in Southern California, named Spaghetti Eddie’s. We served a small Italian menu which guests quickly recognized for the foods superior quality and taste. After a couple of years we were elbow to elbow on many nights of the week and inundated with phone orders for take-out so in 1987 we expanded and eventually became a 4500 square foot, full service restaurant.
