You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. This class trains all major muscle groups to fatigue.

A fusion of cardio drills, muscle conditioning segments, flexibility, agility, and endurance.This class blends several formats of exercise into one truly serious class, such as; step, martial arts, muscle building/shaping, plyometrics, and military inspired drills.This class is truly for those who enjoy lots of variety and like to burn a whole load of calories.While the class name sounds scary, all fitness levels can do this class. Modifications are constantly demonstrated for the beginners or those with special limitations, to those who want to push themselves.Prepare to sweat and have fun!

Hiit Xpress
Start Time: 5:30 pm; Duration: 25 minutes; Instructor: Marlin Henderson. This class is 25 minutes of high intensity interval training. Most intervals are 1 minute in length. It is a complete body workout. Cardio, weight training, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and endurance drills are included in the class.
