Southside Mafia, in Overland Park, opened in 2011. We have impressed our customers with our New York-style pizza that uses hand-tossed dough made fresh daily and topped with only the freshest ingredients and our special cheese blend of provolone and mozzarella.
Our dough, which is made fresh three times a day with extra virgin olive oil, let it rise twice. Every pizza that we make is truly hand-tossed. The result is a crust that is thin in the middle and thicker on the outside and a pizza may look different every time but always tastes delicious.
