You should feel comfortable with your pet's accomodations. We recommend that you visit and take a tour prior to your boarding. You may drop in at any time during our normal open hours and we'll be happy to show you around and answer all of your questions. Let us know what special needs your pet has. We will make sure that those needs are met during the stay.
