Smoked over oak and cherry. Maple glazed. Comes with pickled red onions and extra sauce. Please read before ordering ribs: As with everything else on our menu, we serve our ribs a little differently. They are spicy with a sweet glaze. We do not cook our ribs to fall off the bone doneness. They will bite clean off the bone and are juicy with a little chew. Our BBQ rub has a kick to it, and the ribs are glazed with maple before we send them out. The sauce is served on the side.
