About Us
Soups's On Café is the nostalgic re-birth of the popular and successful Soup's On! Restaurant that was located in Old Milltown 35 years ago. Soup's On Café is owned and operated by Theresa Williams and Will Carhuff . We were both employees at the original Soup''s On! Remaining friends throughout the years, we recently discovered a common interest in opening a restaurant. We discovered also, that we shared the same vision, opening another Soup's On!
Soup's On Café features homemade soups, salads, deli-style sandwiches and desserts. We have many of the original recipes from the original Soup's On! Together with some new soup recipes we have a winning selection of daily soups to choose from. We feature our signature Very Vegetable Soup every day. Yes, it's an original Soup's On recipe! It's a tomato based soup with 9 vegetables in it, healthy and delicious. Another original soup is our Clam Chowder, a time-tested and always popular soup.
