Duration: 1 hour; $13; If you're looking to raise the barre on your fitness AND dance skills, then this is the class for you! All ballerinas, novice and experienced, are invited to come down to Soulfire Studios to take part in this mixed ballet class. You'll cover barre and center work, and across the floor combinations, while you build core strength, muscle, and flexibility. Before you know it, you'll be gliding around with the greatest of ease, infusing your everyday life with a feeling of grace.

All Soulfire classes take place in warm and comfortable environments, with friendly instructors and peers willing to help each other out. This class does require knowledge of beginner Ballet terminology, although very little experience beyond that is necessary.
