Strengthen Your Core Workshop
Our yoga practice strengthens our mind, our body, and our spirit. In this 2 hour workshop we will be looking at the relationship between our hips/pelvis & shoulders. This will set the format for our class, in a structural stability for healthier movements from our body's core. This class is intended for students of all levels, and focuses on those with issues of the lower back and hips. Intended for all who want to build a better posture.
