Our pizza dough is made with Caputo type 0 organic flour made by hand and rich in fiber, bran, mineral salts & vitamins. It is fermented using natural yeast, which makes it light, fluffy as well as easily digestible. It is measured and cut to rise daily also by hand. We use Italian tomatoes and Italian organic extra virgin olive oil among many other Italian products
