We opened Sol Burrito in 2007 with two goals in mind. Create fresh, homemade, delicious food, and do so at a reasonable price. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients so that you receive the finest possible product. Here is a short list of the things we are most proud of: Our shredded beef and pork are SLOW ROASTED “In-House” for 14 hours, NOT cooked in a factory and shipped on a truck.
Our chicken is marinated OVERNIGHTwith chipotle peppers, fresh lime juice and a unique blend of spices.
We use only ORGANIC tofu and Certified Angus Beef.
