"Gold Rush" Golden Ale
our most popular beer, it introduces our patrons to the wonderful flavor and freshness of true handcrafted ales made right here on site. gold rush is an easygoing beer with a delicate hop character that blends nicely with its malt and corn base. it refreshes the palate with its light fresh flavor and finish. "Urban Wilderness" Pale Ale
this tasty americanstyle pale ale gets its charm from a blend of flaked barley and a large variety of malts and hops. styled after a classic english "bitter," urban wilderness is well balanced, smooth and easy to drink. a national and international awardwinning beer! (og 1.048, ibus 43, alc 5.5% a/v)
"Fish On!" Ipa
india pale ale originally got its name from english pale ale that was shipped to india by the british navy. this beer required lots of hops and alcohol (natural preservatives) to survive (unspoiled) the long ocean voyage. sailors, returning to england, were accustomed to and asked for the bitter (hoppier) style of beer they drank in india and so ipa became its own distinct style of beer. fish on is a classic ipa with a fragrant hop bouquet and a wonderful crisp spicy finish. (og 1.057, ibus 73, alc 6% a/v)
"Forty Niner" Amber Ale
this copper-colored beer has a subtle hop character which nicely balances its malty (sweet) overtones. forty niner (49'er - like our state) mixes well with many foods because of its moderate body and flavor. (og 1.050, ibus 31, alc 5.5% a/v)
"Bravehart" Scottish Ale
this rich, malty and flavorful beer is deep copper red in color and has a remarkably smooth character. ample magnum hops round out this selection. enjoy! (og 1.070, ibus 23, alc 6% a/v)
"Portage" Porter
once the largest type of beer made in england, it was originally made for the low budgets of the poorest class (porters) of people to drink. it was essentially a watereddown (cheaper) stout, which got the nickname "porter." thankfully, porter became its own distinct style of beer. our portage is deep chocolate brown in color with a surprisingly smooth, toasty malt flavor. a national awardwinning beer! (og 1.070, ibus 22, alc 6% a/v)
"John Henry" Oatmeal Stout
this wonderful dark beer is deceptively easy to drink. it is made with a blend of roasted and chocolate malts to give it a complex base and flaked oatmeal for its smooth rounded character. let it sit and warm up slightly before enjoying its full flavor and velvety smooth finish. give it a try - you'll be surprised! (og 1.060, ibus 18, alc 5% a/v)

Cask-Conditioned Ale
this is beer made the way it was originally made hundreds of years ago naturally carbonated and hand pumped directly from a firkin (englishstyle keg). these caskconditioned ales are less carbonated, slightly warmer, and full of flavor and taste! we only make a limited supply, so ask your server: "what's on cask?"
