Smoke BBQ brings to Charleston a new level of “elevated” barbeque cuisine. The menu represents the owners’ passion for barbeque inspired by Charleston’s local Gullah roots. Executive Chef/Owner Roland Feldman incorporates his fine dining background into each menu item. This allows Feldman to embrace each dish with both thoughtful and technical culinary methods. The cuisine is soulful; every item is made in house with local produce and carefully sourced ingredients. This experience is completed with classic cocktails, a rotating local beer selection, and a large American whisky/ bourbon assortment. Co-owner Michael Feldman keeps a cycle of local and traveling musicians. This completes the tone of this soulful, rock &roll, blues-driven setting.
