Cardio Studio
Our Cardio Studio consists of a variety of top of the line StarTrac Equipment. Including Treadmills, Ellipticals, Upright and Recumbent Bikes.

Cardio Boxing
Our Personal fitness Coaches provide one to one Cardio Boxing Sessions. Boxing will condition the total body and provide major benefit to your endurance and cardiovascular systems. Boxing also promotes a person's well being by strengthening their self-discipline. The cardio boxing session includes 2 minute rounds of a variety of different drills designed to provide a great way to burn alot of calories to melt away body fat
Full Body Spin Class
Our Full Body Spin Class has brought indoor cycling to the next level. Our spin class combines inspirational coaching with high-energy music that delivers an intense full body workout with a fun and energizing atmosphere
