At Sleepy Bee, our mission is to consistently provide clean, delicious food, warm, attentive service, and a nurturing, inspired atmosphere for our guests. We support sustainable agriculture, and source local, seasonal, organic produce whenever possible. Our salmon is Harmoniously Raised in accordance with the WWF Aquaculture Stewardship Council. All of our meats and milk products are hormone-free, non-GMO, and come from nearby farms meeting the highest quality and ethical standards, such as: Marksbury Farmers Market, Carriage House Farms, Wind Dance Farm, Natures Market, Waterfield, Snowville Creamery, Holistic Acres, and Shadeau Breads.
In our ongoing efforts to be a local, sustainable business, we have developed a "Street to Table" community garden in Oakley, Tracy Street Gardens, where we will process our compost and utilize water-saving irrigation techniques to grow seasonal, organic produce. We believe in the power of sourcing locally throughout our business. We are proud to use American Made Homer Laughlin plate wear.
