What to Expect
The initial consultation lasts 90 minutes.
This will include an assessment and a uniquely designed plan just for you. We will gather information about your weight and health history, genetics, eating habits, and goals. With this information, we will create a meal plan that suits your needs with specific examples for meals and snacks. We also will provide you with our signature "reallife" success kit, which includes our customized daily food plan, grocery shopping lists, accurate food combinations, restaurant recommendations, and fast food guide. However, it is not only about food. There are many other reasons that complicate this journey (i.e. emotional hunger, stress, boredom, anxiety, pitfalls, and hectic schedules). We will help you distinguish head hunger versus stomach hunger and coach you through overcoming the obstacles.
The follow up appointments last about 15-20 minutes.
We highly recommend these weekly, as accountability is vital, but we understand that this is not realistic for everyone. When needed, we do offer sessions with email correspondence and phone consultation. During these important sessions, we will weigh you, go over your food journals, guide you through weekly challenges, make any changes to your meal plan, and recommend the latest products as they come to your local grocery. All of the appointments are on a one-on-one basis. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you, motivate you, and do whatever it takes to see you succeed.
