Shenandoah at the Arbor is owned and operated by Rick and Jill Wilson, the original owners of Shenandoah Cafe, which was located in Long Beach for over 21 years. October of 1983 Shenandoah Cafe opened in Naples on Naples Plaza, one year later Shenandoah moved down the street a couple of miles to a larger location on 2nd street in Belmont Shore. Shenandoah Cafe closed it's doors on May 31, 2005.
On July 28, 2003 , Rick and Jill opened Shenandoah at the Arbor at 10631 Los Alamitos Blvd. in Los Alamitos, California.
Shenandoah at the Arbor is located in one of five converted residential bungalows with a backyard patio unlike any in the area. Huge mulberry trees, with twinkling lights, a koi pond with a bridge and a waterfall…the green grass, plants and flowers makes you realize this is the reason we live in Southern California.
