Shear Reflections is a family owned and operated salon with over 30 years experience in cosmetology
Located in Peoria, Arizona with easy access from the freeway allowing people from all over the valley to travel to get the best in their beauty care. The atmosphere of our salon is very relaxed and stylish with full length mirrors, great flush lighting, infrared heat lamps to process hair color and Vantage backwash shampoo bowls.
We are here to meet your needs from hair and facial waxing, to nails with only the finest products.
Shear Reflections is a matrix salon. As a proud member of the Matrix network we carry and use all of their hair care lines such as; Biolage, Total Results, Vavoom, and Design Pulse. Our beauty experts continue to perfect their skill with ongoing education and product knowledge in matrix hair color, matrix hair care products, new techniques and the latest in top trends and styles to make sure that our clients are taken care of at the best of our abilities.

Through the acquisition of assets at Micelle Laboratories, a California contract manufacturer of food and dietary supplements, we are able to enhance our global product development and supply chain to better support our dedicated independent Distributors. It allows us to increase the speed to market for new products while controlling quality along each step of the manufacturing process, from raw ingredients to finished products – part of our ongoing commitment to excellence.
Clinical Studies
We have conducted several clinical studies with major universities around the world in order to benchmark the efficacy of various products. Three clinical studies using our Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix were done: one at UCLA*, United States, one at the University of Ulm, Germany and one at Seoul National University Hospital in Korea. The studies conducted demonstrated that drinking Formula 1 shakes every day as meal replacements is an effective way to manage weight. A clinical study using Niteworks was also conducted at UCLA which concluded that the anaerobic threshold in men between the ages of 50 and 73 increased when drinking Niteworks every night. * The University of California does not endorse specific products or services as a matter of policy.
