Get in shape with a fully equipped gym, Pilates mat, SPINNING® studio with large screen MyRide, Yoga, Zumba, TRX, Rebounder and specialty classes. Pick one of our 12 Personal Trainers on staff to get you in top fitness. Women have the Far Infrared Sauna and men the steam room. We have the PowerPlate and TheraVibe for training and massage. WiFi and towels are provided along with private TV’s on all cardio equipment.
