Duration: 1 hour; Free. During this class, you can bet that everybody will be Kung Fu fighting, as Carl Douglas croons. But your kicks won't be as fast as lightning until you've learned the proper way to fight! Originating in the Shaolin Temple in China over 4,000 years ago, Kung Fu is considered the oldest martial art in the world! On the path to master this combat form, you'll need a ton of self discipline. You'll learn to incorporate breathing techniques, body conditioning, and ancient exercises into your life in order to help you master the various methods of fighting. The powerful, graceful, dance-like movements of Shaolin Kung Fu will help you to strengthen your arms and your legs especially.
