We have a wide variety of group fitness classes. We will focus on core muscles, building strength in our legs and shaping that booty. Workouts that fuse body sculpting techniques, circuit training, plyometrics and muscle toning. Classes consist of strength training using body weight and fitness tools. Some classes have dancing but some do not. All classes are a great workout and have stretching and cardio. Get tank top arms, a tight core and that bikini body fast!
