Duration: 2 hours; Free. Kempo is more than a martial art form, it's a way of cultivating a stronger you with confidence, courage, vigor, and compassion. This class will cover the fundamentals of Kempo starting with basic blocks, kicks, and strikes and build towards more complex moves. There will be an emphasis on self-defense and application of Shorinji Kempo in real world situations to allow you to gain skills for anything you might encounter outside of the classroom. This serious full-body workout will start you on your journey towards full-body mastery.
